Actual product looked nothing like it did in the website picture.. Poor quality and it only came with half the case

I got this app and was hesitant to buy their products from the app. They sent confirmation to my email! I received them in the mail and love them! It was a day late but its packaging was durable and in perfect condition. No duty fees either which was fantastic! I definitely recommend getting this app on your phone

This app is a great idea, but its very slow to load. The little circle just spins on most of the items. I was going to place an order for a phone case, but forget it now. I cant even shop because I cant see the majority of the products.

These cases are beyond gorgeous, the app is easy to use, no issues finding the perfect size for my phone, thousands of BEAUTIFUL cases and the best part - you can order differently designed pieces and swap them out of the backbone you already bought!! Awesome brand, app, and quality!! Impressed!!

I found this app very hard to use and it did not provide me with many options I was looking for. Will not be using or buying their products. I think with the goofy stickers this app is best for 13 year old girls, which I am not.

Seems like a cool app until you download it. Keeps saying "no internet connection" when my phone has wifi & Internet!!!!

Way to many flaws. Cannot save any design, cannot add design to cart, you basically lose everything you make. Complete waste of time, however, the idea is great if only it actually worked.

Terrible app. I wouldnt know if the service is good or not since the app malfunctions and wont open, saying it needs Internet regardless of my current connection.

The quality is amazing worth every penny

I dont care how nice the phone case itself may be, I have so many issues with this app. First of all, zero customer service. I have emailed them four times about my order and all I get is a generic "were working on it" email in return. I ordered my case weeks ago, weeks ago. And the shipment date has been pushed back by a solid 10 days. Who knows, maybe they had an increase in orders and are overwhelmed by the success? Thats great for the company and all, but I am extremely underwhelmed by the service. Also, the customizable options are extremely limited if you cant find a ready-made design from their store. Seriously Im just not happy. Casetify is cool in theory, but hire some darn service reps. This review would have been super positive if someone had just returned a simple email.

Like someone else has said on here, the cases are cool but their service is awful. I have emailed them 4 times, no times and no one has reached out to me telling me if my package has been delayed or what. I just want the case or my money back. Its so frustrating I have been waiting for this case for almost a month, and the tracking number still shows that USPS hasnt received the package from Casetify. Get some better customer service!
