Nope

I dont care how nice the phone case itself may be, I have so many issues with this app.
First of all, zero customer service. I have emailed them four times about my order and all I get is a generic "were working on it" email in return.

I ordered my case weeks ago, weeks ago. And the shipment date has been pushed back by a solid 10 days. Who knows, maybe they had an increase in orders and are overwhelmed by the success? Thats great for the company and all, but I am extremely underwhelmed by the service.

Also, the customizable options are extremely limited if you cant find a ready-made design from their store. Seriously Im just not happy.

Casetify is cool in theory, but hire some darn service reps. This review would have been super positive if someone had just returned a simple email.
