Ive been trying to pay after creating my case for An hour. And everytime I go to change my country it closes out on me. Definitely looking for a new site for customizable cases.

I have tried numerous times on both my phone and ipad and the app shuts down when uploading pictures. Super frustrating.

Nice app, easy to use, case was delivered quite fast. However, the image on the case is somewhat distorted. The photo I used said it was the best quality resolution, but the color is different and the image isnt very sharp. Wouldnt order again.

Im so happy with this app!! I love the fact that it allows you to take your pictures! And has such a side variety of phones that the cases work for!

Love this app other then it crashes when I try to edit my case Ive already saved can you please make a bug fix update it even crashes for my friend

Im absolutely smitten with this app! Not only can I create personalized iPhone cases for my 4s but the free worldwide shipping practically makes ordering the designs a steal. With so many of their competitors charging obscene s/h fees, it always made me second guess my purchase. Now I know Im saving a bundle on my one of a kind case. Great app all around. Theres not much I can fault it for, only I wish the app would stay logged into my second party site and I would like the newer themes to be available for all IPhone releases and not just for 5-6.

Ive ordered in total 2 cases now from casetify for me girlfriend and I have gotten nothing but exceptional service! The cases themselves are a great quality and the process of making the case is smooth. Payment and shipping is easy! Ive ordered several and they always arrive early. The packaging is great and the customer service is great too. Ive made several as gifts for family and its always a hit! I like how easy it is to use. I wish you there would be more templates in case you want more than one picture but not a bunch; only 2-3. It would also be great if you could add text to your design.

I just downloaded Casetify for the first time so this is my initial impression: this app needs work, and theres lots of rough edges. I created an initial case with a few problems, and saved my work and pushed the result to my Pinterest page. Im sure the finished product will look beautiful. However in my second project I left the app to get a picture from Flickr (a site not supported from Casetify) and when I came back to Casetify, my work in progress was gone! And so were the 70 pictures I had selected my Instagram feed for the project. Touching a photo or a template icon in Casetify serves two purposes: to scroll through the options or photo feed, and to select a template or to drag a photo. The time delay for selecting and scrolling seems to be identical. Its impossible to scroll through templates and photos without accidentally selecting the templates Im touching to do the scrolling! Maybe thats due to the incredible speed of the iPhone 6, but that needs to be fixed. Another issue is when you touch a photo for too long, little xs appear on each photo so you can remove them. There is no obvious way to get rid of those xs, and you cannot continue designing your case while those xs are present. I found the only way to get rid of them was to touch the add emoticon icon, and dismiss the offer to download emoticons. Then the screen would return to design mode. The same was not true when switching to any of the Choose Template modes and going back again. The xs on each photo stayed firmly in place. If there IS an easy way to turn off the xs, make it obvious! Like touching anywhere else on the screen would work! The app checks for duplicates as its saving the project. That is a nice touch. Or maybe duplicate photos could be flagged as theyre placed, so those errors could be spotted earlier. The photos I place are not resizable. If I have borders on my pictures, they will show up in the template. Not a huge issue when placing square photos, but that makes templates with circular masks unusable. Last issue: not enough male oriented templates. This is a very girly app. Ill have to create case designs in Photoshop and use the single photo template if I want to create cases for myself in this app. And why do I have to see Hilary Duffs face all over the app? Does she own it?

I used to love this app a lot more because mine keeps crashing when Im almost done my case. Its not just me, 2 of my friends said the same thing. I hope u can fix it, or else I will most likely delete the app since its no use if I cant finish a case.

Great Idea! If only they could develop it better. The app always crashes in the middle of importing photos, so I havent been able to make a case. If you are able to do this on the computer, it would be even better. I wouldnt pay money for this though.

So I had an issue with them a month ago not sending me a proof of purchase for something I ordered way before Christmas rush and when I filed a complaint they took forever to respond claiming my email was sent to the junk folder. I had told them what happened and they told me to refer to their Q&A on their website instead of contacting them directly!!! I still havent received my purchase nor have I received a tracking number or a response back from the next email I had written them! I think this app is a big waste of time for anyone who chooses to use it Im sure there are more reliable and professional websites or local stores close to wherever you are that do the same, they have terrible customer service and super unprofessional. I wouldnt waste my money on giving it a shot, take my word for it and save your money!!
