CASETiFY App Reviews

This app is cute, & the products seem great. On their FAQs they say that it takes them about 3 days to ship out your purchase. Well its been a week & nothing has happened. I paid $40 for a case I need NOW & it probably wont get here for another week.

This is the app you get to costuming a case. But you can only put pictures on there and not mess with anything else. But the worst part is that theyll print it right away but they take for ever to ship it to you. YouLl be waiting for two weeks like I had to

The app seems like it works really well until you go to customize a case. I have tried multiples times to create my own case and the app always freezes up or I cant see my design anymore. I have given up after MULTIPLE attempts!

Ive spent so much time designing cases and when I go to add them to my cart to actually purchase what I had made, it glitches and deletes the case I made. Its only actually allowed me to save one design when Ive created multiple. If you like being frustrated this app is for you! No matter what I do I cant get it to allow me to design and order more then one custom case. Absolute waste of time. You also have to wait 2 weeks or more to get your case, or you could pay 22$ and wait a week for it. Serious waste of time and a huge headache. If you need a custom case I suggest looking elsewhere friends until they can actually make a functioning, decent app.

Total waste of time, app is just as dysfunctional as the website.

I have logged in using Facebook however the application always asks me to log in again every time I restart it. Looking forward to a solution!

Love that you can create your own but it takes so long to ship out and Im still waitin for it to come and I order it in March smh

All the phone cases are beautiful and just love everything about it

Wont add my designs to my cart half the time, and the app has way too many glitches for one that offers in app purchases...

Update: I was FINALLY able to make my cases I wanted. Thank you Casetify for taking the time to fix all the bugs! -onehappycustomer Long story short... The app shuts down in the middle of all my hard work. Not worth it. Thank you anyway.

I could never add my cases to my cart!!! I would go through the trouble of creating my customized case and when I would go to add to cart it would say "there are no items in cart". Very frustrating!!

I thought we were going to have like "first case" but then I went in the app and I was not amused.

I love it how you can make it Timmy timato shouted you guys out so I had to find the app!!! But can you make a update or something to sell! These cases!!

I tried to make a case but it didnt save, I also nade a case And it showed the default one so I cant make new cases

The only thing I dont like is that every time I go on the app it logs me out of my account and I gets really annoying after a while and it doesnt save my pictures that I put on the app

I love this app. I had no idea this existed. Everyone needs to check this out, definitely something you cant get in stores!!!! Love it

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I Placed an order on march 24, CHARGED $56 for my macbook case, and a month later, no order arrived and no money back, NO RESPONSE for my 3 x inquiries. TOTAL FRAUD.

I love this app alway gives me such a great variety. I was really hoping that with the new update it would a similar feature to the website. On the website when you shop the collection if you have the bumper case you can just purchase the plate. In the app you have to purchase the whole thing as if you dont have a bumper case. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
