I get they may be busy w several orders but Ive ordered my case a month ago and have not received it. Contacted them via email and never got a response. Followed up with another email and a tweet, and I still have nothing... $40 so not worth it. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. I couldnt even get a phone number to call and complain. Do not order a case from them ! Do not !!!

I ordered a iPad mini 4 cover. They shipped a mini 3 cover which just falls off and they wont even answer my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My order came in time but Im not a fan of the case itself. I ordered a black and white marble case and it looks so cheap. $41 is NOT worth getting a flimsy and cheap looking case. It looks like an amateur screen printed this case.

I love my cases that I got they are awesome and I love how I can change them out but the service was awful !!!! When I emailed them I just got re peat messages back,soon learned the were automated !! Besides the service and time it took, these cases are pretty cool !!

I ordered a case an a Apple Watch band for my husband. I made the order the same day for both of them. the case came first, just on time is a dissent quality, nothing great; the Apple Watch band came a week late. Beside things not being on time the Apple Watch band wasnt a good Quality at all, my husband only used it for a week and the bands fall apart! I emailed them to see if they could fix it, but they never reply. I DONT recommend you to buy from them they are very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Loved the cases that I ordered. Took way less time than what was estimated. Super cute and pretty good quality. Would buy again.

Horrible customer service. Paid $40.00 for a case for it to be warped and doesnt fit correctly. Emailed twice and have yet to hear anything back! I wish Id have seen the horrible reviews before I ordered. They get away with it bruiser they have cool designs. Good luck if you need help though. Ugh.

Every time I want to add my designed case to the cart, I have to start over! Its super frustrating and makes me not want to bother trying.

Love this app. I like the fact that you can create your own phone case with your own pictures. If you dont want to create a case they have many for you to choose from. However, it gets annoying that you always have to sign in. Why can you just sign in and stay signed in? Fix it please.

It only shows I have 21 photos in my album to choose from when I have well over 500. Plus there are cheaper websites to make a phone case that dont cost you $40+.

App is too slow and will hardly load anything.

I love this app. The cases make great gifts and are so easy and fun to make! The only down is they are a little expensive

I dont want my custom cases to be public, the app isnt that good and it wont let me delete one of my designs.

I love that I can choose the pictures. None of the cases in Amazon were unique enough these are :)

Slow and glitchy app. Had to reload pics several times and start over. Frustrating.

It would be so so cool if you could open a store and distribute cases and what not more easily and make some money while doing it.

I love this app so much

After re-loading and placing photos over 10 times, I have relentlessly given up. I wanted to order a personalized case and this app would not save my work nor let me add it to my cart. Extremely frustrated!!
