Nice designs, but poor quality!

Right out of the box these cases look like someone buffed them with sandpaper. Full of fine scratches and haze. I tried my local retailer and thought it was just someone returning a used case. Bought one new off their website and it was the same. Pretty upset, as the case is cute but I am trying to return it and they ask for pictures. Who does that? Just accept my return, I am not satisfied! New product looks, very used and not acceptable.
